One of China’s most famous green teas, Long Jing (or Dragonwell) is only purely produced in one of two regions, Yue Zhou and Qian Tang. This Dragonwell green tea is sourced from Qian Tang, an elevated terrain surrounded by mountains and clouded in mist. An abundant of forest coverage and many rivers trickling through this tea-growing region ensures a pure environment and water source. With a history dating more than a thousand years, this delicate tea has to be picked at the right time and handled very gently in order to produce the perfect flavours, and retain its valuable qualities.

To prevent your tea from becoming bitter, use water that is just under boiling point and avoid over-steeping.
Use a little more of the blend for a more intense flavour.
Great with white sugar, brown sugar, sweetener, honey, and agave.
Not suitable with dairy products.
